Maslina Resort – Villas “Phase 2”

Technical collaboration on the main and detailed documentation, as well as architectural supervision, for the Phase 2 extensions of the award-winning Maslina Resort. The buildings feature a hybrid construction system, combining reinforced concrete and cross-laminated timber (CLT). The project introduces five luxury holiday homes, expanding the resort with a new standard of individual accommodation.
