The project has been developed as a hybrid facility combining a hotel, a horse stable, and extensive ranch amenities. The building can accommodate special events focused on equestrian sports, dressage, and training. The existing facade of the structure will be preserved, while a new, completely independent load-bearing structure in cross-laminated timber (CLT) will be constructed within it. This approach ensures the preservation of the building’s original architectural integration within its surroundings while respecting the site’s ambient values and historical significance.
