The resort is designed as a series of architectural pavilions seamlessly integrated into the natural landscape at the foot of Velebit. The layout is organized into distinct zones, including low-rise accommodation units, a restaurant, a central reception, and a recreational and camping area with supporting infrastructure. The project allows for phased construction and modular expansion, with smart structural solutions optimized for prefabrication. The goal of the design was to create an anti-resort aesthetic, creating the experience of a mountain home harmoniously woven into the natural context of the national park. The architecture emphasizes a strong connection to nature, a low-density built environment, and a harmonious blend of contemporary design with the local landscape.
