Intervention within the historically protected “Split 3” architecture that revitalizes the old retail space with a new purpose. It will become ICT Incubator and a new county meeting hall. A place of gathering, creation and establishment of new companies characterized by the workplace area and stimulus of innovative tech firms. Besides being a work incubator the project is also a programmed extension of county’s public body as well as the local student campus. The projects was finalized by also designing the interior and wayfinding system. Wayfinding elements like type, icons, and materials chosen are connected to the interior forms and space functionality.
