The four-room holiday house is situated in a location that is in a slight slope and with an orientation towards the panoramic view of the city of Split. The facility meets the high standards of a rental house with an outdoor pool. The idea behind the project lies in the impression of a mountainous location and the desire of investors to extract luxury content on a rational budget. The house stands out with the craftsmanship and clever use of materials instead of squandering on luxury and by the architecture that uses its shape to soothe the program and the dynamic location. Special attention was paid to the ground floor arrangement of the plot, terrace and swimming pool, which are as important part of the architecture of the house as all other elements.
