Prefabricated construction as an innovative solution adaptable to public spaces, campsites, and marinas. Modular design allows for flexible adaptation of the floor plan to specific needs (reception, office, store, sanitary facilities). Key features of the implemented structure include sanitary facilities for boaters, with the lightweight metal load-bearing structure accounting for only 10-15% of the total mass of the object. Production of the load-bearing structure is achieved with less than 1% waste, while factory prefabrication is optimized for assembly in a single day. The renovation and redesign project encompassed several owner-occupied units and small luxury houses, as well as modular montage sanitary units within the resort.  Each unit was tailored to meet the individual needs of the owner, with selective replacement of cladding and systems depending on the existing condition and functional requirements. The new design significantly enhanced the value of the properties and the user experience. The design team was part of the "turnkey" process, taking on the full coordination of the renovation and furnishing efforts.
