A contemporary Mediterranean architectural intervention set within an island context. The project comprises a cluster of houses for individual living alongside an apartment building. The design respects the local architectural heritage, lifestyle, and natural conditions, adapting to the climate, views, and surrounding landscape. Particular attention is given to the apartment building, which contains four equally designed residential units. The ground floor is organized in a sequence of spaces, starting from the northern entrance and outdoor dining area, leading through the courtyard to the living room and a south-facing garden. Each unit is arranged vertically across three levels, with the upper floors dedicated to bedrooms and rooftop terraces.
