The site, with its outstanding natural features, is being transformed into three houses. The architectural concept leverages the cascading terrain, and the three distinct typologies have been designed to optimally integrate with the micro-location and views. These structures are intended either as second homes or for providing tourist rental services. The orientation, sloping towards the north with sea views and southern sunlight, creates dynamic relationships between the two aspects, which permeate much of the interior space. The typologies explore the relationship between heritage and contemporary architecture, aiming to create a dialogue between the old and new within the planned development.
