The house was designed for the needs of a modern family. In addition to meeting the internal functions of the house, the project is also focused on the various areas of external life around the house. The contemporary architecture of the house is characterized by elements of indigenous architecture such as entrance through the courtyard for summer days with the possibility of a winter direct entrance. The house is surrounded by a garden which, in addition to its decorative function, also has a useful area for growing plants for the family’s food needs. The three floors contain rich living areas, office, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a garage with storage in the basement. Within the outdoor areas, the focus of use is the summer kitchen and pool terrace.
