Košute Ranch

The project is developed as a hybrid facility combining a hotel, horse stables, and spacious ranch amenities. The building can serve special events focused on equestrian sports, dressage, and training. The existing façade envelope of the structure is preserved, while a new, completely independent load-bearing structure is built within it. This approach ensures the preservation of the building’s original architectural integration within the spatial context, while simultaneously respecting the ambient values and memory of the place.
